Description: Congressman Gilbert Gude responds to Albert Conradis, of the Locust Hill Estates Citizens' Association of Montgomery County, who wrote to about concerns regarding the planned Metro construction. Included were photographs of the neighborhood they were worried would be ruined by an above ground Metro line that was planned at that point.
