| Description: | At this meeting of the Board of Trustees, members discussed the architectural competition to design the new University buildings at Van Ness Park. University Professor Percy Ash was designated to organize the competition and the rules and regulations were outlined. The new University seal and colors were also voted upon, and were chosen to have a patriotic theme in honor of the University namesake. |
